Course Description
Return to work programs can shorten the duration of disability, enhance organizational productivity, reduce risk of re-injury, and minimize direct and indirect costs. The course provides an overview of contemporary return to work processes, explains the concept of “fitness for duty” and how this is evaluated, covers key strategies for improving the return to work process from both the employee and employer perspectives.
